Final Standings – World Finals Pickem

Another year of The World Finals is behind us, another year of great racing is in the books, and we also mark another year of crowning a new TDN ‘World Finals Pickem Contest’ champion!
Kevin Hutchens charged hard up through the field to claim the overall victory with an impressive 484 points. His field of drivers included Brad Sweet (66), David Gravel (80), Sheldon Haudenschild (52), Brandon Sheppard (47), Chris Madden (70), Dale McDowell (51), Mat Williamson (66) and Matt Sheppard (52). He’ll receive a cool $100 Visa gift card for his 1st place efforts.
The best possible driver combo would have totaled 513 points – comprised of David Gravel (80), Donny Schatz (70), Sheldon Haudenschild (52), Chris Madden (70), Jonathan Davenport (62), Dale McDowell (51), Mat Williamson (66) and Erick Rudolph (62).
Coming home as the runner-up is David Kucharski (@Davekucharski) who won a tiebreaker with lpjazz by virtue of a tie breaker with a closer car count guess. With a total of 160 cars across the three divisions, Kucharski’s guess of 169 was slightly closer than lpjazz’s prediction of 172. Both contestants finished with a total of 477 points.
